International Delivery

When placing an order for delivery outside of our home country, please be aware of the following conditions:

  1. Import Duties & Taxes

    • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country.

    • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are solely responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

    • We do not offer invoice splitting or partial shipments to help circumvent these charges.

    • Before placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

    • We are not liable if you fail to pay applicable customs fees and taxes, and such failure may result in delays or returns.

  2. Compliance with Local Laws

    • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are being delivered.

    • We are not responsible if you break any such laws during or after the receipt of goods.

  3. Product Returns from Abroad

    • If returning any items internationally, please clearly label your parcel as “Return to supplier” or use similar wording to avoid complications with customs.

Prices and Payment

  1. Pricing

    • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) or U.S. Dollars (USD) as displayed on our site, exclusive of delivery fees.

    • Delivery charges will be added and shown separately during checkout.

    • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, this will not affect confirmed orders.

  2. Payment Methods

    • We accept payments by credit card via a secure third-party payment provider only.

    • Your card will be charged once you reach the final billing page and submit your order.

    • We will seek immediate authorization from your bank or card issuer at that point.

  3. Pricing Errors

    • In the case of an obvious pricing error that should reasonably have been recognized as such, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund your payment, and request the return of any delivered products.

  4. Voucher Codes

    • If you have a valid voucher code, it must be applied during checkout.

    • Only one voucher code may be used per order.

    • We reserve the right to reject invalid or expired codes, and additional terms may apply.
